As a business law attorney, I work with artists, architects, and developers. This was a former tobacco warehouse (Golden Belt Manufacturing) that used to manufacture the bags that held tobacco. This building is being renovated and in house, among other things, artist studios. The studios were located in a different building at Golden Belt.
